quick check-in friendly staff close proximity

The tram stop is a quick three minute walk from the building to get to the city center. I also walked twenty minutes to Place de la Bourse. The front desk staff were friendly and cute for check-in.

The room thermostat was off on the second day and I was unable to turn it back on. This resulted in a cold room.

modern bathroom helpful staff

the modern dining room started each day beautifully and the helpful staff always gave sincere smiles. i remember a spacious beautiful king room it seemed to blossom with light. this room included a modern large bathroom i found so comforting.

i did not experience any issues the service was flawless.

The breakfast buffet offered a huge selection! I really liked that parking was available at the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful !!!

fantastic stay!

helpful staff secure parking

The location was good. the staff offered very helpful restaurant recommendations, it was great to have secure parking onsite. i especially loved the artwork they displayed. It was a nice touch that elevated the whole experience.

the qr codes and telephone in my room did not work! on the second day, the thermostat was also turned off in my room with no way for me to turn it back on. that left me with a cold room.

My beautiful king room had lots of lighting options. The decor was of a high standard. there were a few little extras , made it comfortable. the bar area looked nice and inviting.

the dining and breakfast room looked modern. i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. the breakfast had a great range of choices and everything tasted fresh.

This location is a short walk from the centre. you are on a tram from the airport within 30 minutes of landing. the tram dropped us only a short walk from the hotel. It was simple.
